SPORTS
Onondaga Redhawks
Today Onondaga men, women and kids participate in all kinds of sports throughout the seasons.

Many of our young softball, cross country, hockey, and lacrosse players participate in teams sponsored by the Nation. Teams begin from the ages of 4-16. It is the parents and family members who help keep all of the Nation's sports programs successful.

Most Onondaga adolescents attend LaFayette High School in LaFayette NY where they showcase their skills in lacrosse, softball, volleyball, football, cross-country, soccer, wresting and basketball.

The Onondaga Nation adults play a variety of sports from softball (slow and fast-pitch), volleyball, basketball, bowling, broom ball, hockey and golf. There are all native tournaments called the Indigenous Games where participants compete against natives from all over the United States and Canada.
