The Onondaga Nation School is hosting a screening of the documentary of “Remaining Native” by Haudenosaunee film maker Paige Bethman. The film focuses on Kutoven Stevens, a 17 year old runner, navigating his dream of becoming a collegiate athlete and the memory of his great-grandfather’s escape from boarding school.
Paige Bethman will be at the screening and will share about the making of Kutoven’s story into a documentary.
The film will be shown at the Onondaga Nation School
Entry is free but donations to the Onondaga Nation PTS is accepted
